1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for most products within 7 days of delivery if the item meets the conditions listed below.

Returnable Items

  • Unopened and unused pet products

  • Non-perishable items in original packaging

  • Products that arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used consumables (treats, supplements, grooming products, oils, etc.)

  • Perishable goods

  • Personalized or special-order items

4. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to damage, defect, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost.

  • For all other eligible returns (e.g., change of mind), customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
