About us
This Website is operated by HEMPYTAILS (“HempyTails”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a pet retail and grooming business based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, with GSTIN 29ALMPG8410F1Z2. We operate two stores, open daily 10 AM – 10 PM:

Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or accessing the Website under the supervision of a parent or guardian, and able to enter into a legally binding contract under Indian law, to place an order.
Products, pricing & availability
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
- Product images are for illustration; actual packaging, colour, or formulation may vary as manufacturers update their products.
- Prices, offers, and availability may change without notice. Products are subject to stock; we may limit quantities.
- We take care to describe products accurately, but we do not warrant that descriptions are error-free.
Orders & acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion — for example, if an item is out of stock, incorrectly priced, or a delivery address is outside our serviceable area. If we cannot fulfil an order after payment, we will cancel it and refund you in full.
Payments
Payments are processed securely through Razorpay, our third-party payment gateway. We do not store your card, UPI, or bank details on our servers. By paying, you agree to Razorpay’s terms in addition to ours. Orders are confirmed only once payment is successfully received.
Prescription & therapeutic products
Certain medicines and prescription/therapeutic diets require a valid veterinary prescription. We may ask you to provide a prescription and may refuse or cancel the sale of such items where one is not provided, or where sale would be unsafe or unlawful. Always follow your veterinarian’s guidance — nothing on this Website is a substitute for professional veterinary advice.
Shipping, delivery, cancellations & refunds
Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy. Order cancellations, returns, and refunds are covered by our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Both form part of these Terms.
Your account & conduct
You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and your login secure. You agree not to misuse the Website, attempt to disrupt it, infringe our or others’ rights, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
