  • Order information — the products or services you buy, order history, and communications with us (including WhatsApp messages you send us).
  • Payment information — processed securely by our payment partner; we do not store your full card or bank details on our servers (see “Payments” below).
  • Pet information — details you choose to share about your pet (breed, age, health or skin conditions) to help us recommend suitable products or services.
  • Website usage data — basic analytics such as pages visited and device/browser type, collected via cookies and analytics tools to improve the site.

  • To process, fulfil and deliver your orders and bookings

  • To send order updates, appointment reminders and, where you’ve opted in, offers and pet-care information

Payments

Online payments are processed by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS-compliant payment gateway. Your card, UPI or bank details are handled directly by the gateway under its own security standards and privacy policy; HempyTails does not see or store your full payment credentials.

We share personal data only as needed to run our business, and never sell it. Limited data may be shared with:

  • Payment providers (Razorpay) to process transactions
  • Delivery partners (our in-house delivery team and courier partners such as Shiprocket) to deliver your order
  • Service providers that help us run the website and communications
  • Authorities where required by law
